First Black Female Republican Congresswoman

The very first black female from the Republican Party in the U.S. has become congresswoman for the Utah. Yes, it’s a fantastic step forward for the U.S. but did I mention, in Africa women are presidents?

Representative-elect Mia Love (Utah), the first black Republican woman elected to Congress, voiced her support Sunday for House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.), who has come under fire after he acknowledged speaking to a white supremacist group in 2002.
